Alfa for Information Technology provides IT services including network setup, cybersecurity solutions, CCTV installation, cloud services, IT support, hardware supply, structured cabling, and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) within the UAE.

2. Orders & Payments

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. Payment must be completed before service delivery unless a prior agreement has been made. We accept payments through the methods listed at checkout.

3. Service Delivery

Remote services are delivered digitally. On-site services are scheduled upon confirmation and subject to location and availability. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before a scheduled service. Refunds are processed as per our Refund Policy. No refunds will be issued for completed services unless there is a proven fault on our part.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website is owned by Alfa for Information Technology. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services beyond the scope of the agreed contract.
